TCS New York City Marathon Expo Presented by New Balance

The 2017 TCS New York City Marathon Expo Presented by New Balance will take place at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, Hall 3E, at 11th Avenue at West 35th Street, November 2-4, 2017. More detailed information will be available later in the year.

Runners are required to visit the expo in person during the hours listed below to pick up their race materials; please plan your travel accordingly. All information is subject to change.

  • Thursday, November 2, 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (last entry for number pickup is 7:00 p.m.)
  • Friday, November 3, 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (last entry for number pickup is 7:00 p.m.)
  • Saturday, November 4, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (last entry for number pickup is 5:00 p.m.)

All runners must pick up their own race number (which includes the B-timing device) and other materials at the expo; there is no proxy pickup. For details, visit the Help Center.

The TCS New York City Marathon Expo Presented by New Balance is the largest running exhibition in the country, and one of the top 10 health and fitness expos in the world. New York Road Runners invites your company to become a part of the excitement leading up to the world’s largest marathon on Sunday, November 5. Show dates are Thursday, November 2, through Saturday, November 4.

New for 2017, we’re expanding our footprint to halls 3B, 3D, and 3E of the Javits Center for our largest expo in race history. We anticipate over 130,000 visitors—race participants from around the world, their friends and families, health enthusiasts, and locals runners.


Getting to the Expo

Subway

The Javits Center is accessible from a number of subway lines. From these stations, visitors can walk to the Javits Center entrance at 35th Street and 11th Avenue.

Ferry

Take the Midtown Ferry from New Jersey to West 39th Street. The Midtown Ferry operates from the following ports. Visit the NY Waterway site for more details.

  • Hoboken–14th Street
  • Newport (Jersey City)

MTA bus

Take the M34 crosstown to 11th Avenue; walk to West 35th Street and 11th Avenue.

Free shuttle buses

In 2016, free shuttle buses operated between select hotels/transit hubs and the Javits Center from 9:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Thursday and Friday and from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturday, with service approximately every 15-20 minutes. View a map of the shuttle bus routes.

In addition, free shuttle buses operated between the Javits Center and both the New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge and the New York LaGuardia Airport Marriott on Friday and Saturday. The buses departed both hotels at 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. and departed the Javits Center at 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
